Two villas, side-by-side, multi-level.

Nyara Villas sit on a soft slope in Rawai, on the southern tail of Phuket. Two architectural townhouse villas, side by side, three floors each — designed for the kind of stays that are slow, but full of people. Reunions. Wedding-after-the-weddings. Long birthdays that need an extra room.

Each villa has its own private pool, its own kitchen, and its own roof deck — the kind that catches the sunset over the headland. The two can be booked together, with the dividing wall opened, for parties up to fourteen.

The interiors lean architectural — limewashed walls, oak floors, dark linen, low lighting. We've kept the soul soft, and the lines clean. Less is more, even when there's more of it.

Rawai — the southern hush.

Rawai Pier and the long-tail boats out to Coral Island are six minutes on foot. Nai Harn beach — fifteen by car, with its freshwater lagoon and small temple at the south end. Promthep Cape and its sunsets are a ten-minute drive. The seafood market sits a few streets away.
